Dear Friends,

This June, Pascal Sauton, Meredith Cairns and Kristy Franklin, all from Carafe Bistro, will be competing in the Pacific Crest Olympic Distance Triathlon as a part of Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team in Training. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Inc. is a national voluntary health agency dedicated to curing leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improving the quality of life of patients and their families. Together, we have the goal to collectively raise $15,000 for LLS. With your help we can meet this goal and hopefully raise even more!

To prove how dedicated we are to completing our Olympic Triathlon, and to show our utmost support for LLS, we have recruited not one but TWO of Portland's finest chefs to join us in creating a very special four course dinner. Your first course will be prepared by Gabriel Rucker of Le Pigeon, the second course by Tommy Habetz of Meriwether's, followed by an entree from Pascal and dessert from Meredith. Add to that a selection of our favorite wines and a silent auction chock full of items specially geared for the gourmet enthusiast, and you have an event not to be missed!
